Beware Of Strange Emails…

I woke this morning to a stray email in my inbox…

Oh!

Why do I need to reset my password?

I checked the senders email address.

I even looked at this Shining Theory website.

But I wasn’t convinced… no one else has contacted me from this blog… no one else follows me from them…

So I replied to the email.

This is rather strange.

#JusJoJan 11/17 / #One-Liner Wednesday

As part of #JusJoJan, day 25, Linda has asked that we take part in her weekly One-Liner Wednesday Challenge!

The rules are:
1. Make it one sentence.
2. Try to make it either funny or inspirational.
3. Use our unique tag #1linerWeds.
4. Add our very cool badge to your post for extra exposure!
5. Have fun!

Something silly today. I just got myself hooked on Instagram this summer, and use it to post photos of my food and cat! But as I scroll down my followed peeps, sometimes I do get this feeling…

“Ouch, I hurt my finger…Quick, can I catch that ‘sorry for me pout’ for my Insta?”

I sometimes find it hard to comprehend why we need selfies for every emotion, sometimes 10 times a day! But then, I have done it (only once or twice!)… so I can’t comment!

Incidentally,if you fancy following … you can find me on Instagram at @phantom_giggler!

#JusJoJan Daily Prompt – Jan. 9th/18 – Power

Day 9 of Linda’s #JusJoJan writing challenge, hosted by Dan of No Facilities again today!

The Just Jot It January 9th prompt, brought to you by Erica over at 20/20 hines sight is: “Power.” Use it any way you like. Make sure you stop by Erica’s website and say hello to her! https://2020hines-sight.com/

Power

What about superpowers?

Have you ever wanted to be a superhero or at least desired to have a superpower?

There are so many superhero characters nowadays, we are bombarded with films, magazines, books, TV shows showcasing these supernatural folk and their amazing powers. From walking up walls to flying, freezing things to burning them.

All very showy, and ‘Wow!’

But how helpful are these superpowers in real life?

I think if I was blessed with a superpower, I would want it to be that I was able to instantly lessen a person’s stress load, radiate positivity into their lives, and leave them with a smile.

I wouldn’t zap them with a laser stare, or shoot some positive rays from my hands.

It would be with a hug, pure and simple!
